This is how our family will be eating for the next 30 days:
Unlimited Vegetables (fresh or frozen, raw is best, or slightly steamed)
Unlimited Fruit (fresh or frozen, can only equal half the amount of veggies)
Unlimited Lean Protein (Chicken, Turkey, and White fish...all organic)
2 Egg Yolks per day and Unlimited Egg Whites (organic, cage-free, grain-fed)
Water, Water, Water (Spring)
Does that sound easy? It doesn't to me either. I know this is going to be hard, but I know it will be worth it. What do you think? I'm actually really excited to try some new vegetables and fruits that I'm not used to having. I'm hoping that by the end of the 30 days my body will be detoxified and able to overcome the strong food cravings I have. I'm also hoping to shed a few pounds in the process. Ok...if I'm being honest, I'm hoping to shed more than just a "few" pounds ;)
